Production History
"Harvest," was first written in 1996, and then published shortly after in 1997. It was entered into the Onassis International Cultural Competitions for Theatrical Plays and won first place. With this prize, the play was later able to premiere in 1999 in Athens, Greece at the Karolous Koun theatre directed by Mimis Kouyiouintzis. Also in 1999, the play had some amateur staged performances, including a Delhi production by Yatrik at the Sriram Centre, directed by Joy Michaels.
The play had its first premiere in 2006 in New York City directed by Benjamin Mosse staged at La MaMa Experimental Theatre Company.

Each season, we offer more than 80 productions and receive 34,000 visits from people of all ages and all backgrounds who attend performances, exhibitions, educational activities and the Archives. We support the people who make art, and it is to them that we give $2 million of in-kind support including free theatre and rehearsal space, and audio/visual package, tech support, marketing support, and ticketing services."
